  • Our specialist Account Managers have expert knowledge of the conference market and are well-acquainted with the competitive bidding process that can be required to attract prestigious events.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

  • Appoint a dedicated Account Manager who will partner with the Conference Committee

SOCIAL EVENTS

  • We arrange and co-ordinate: welcome reception and gala dinner field trips, site visits and tours and transfers site-seeing tours for accompanying persons pre/post-conference trips

ON-SITE

  • Organise on-site personnel co-ordinate distribution of materials to delegates

  • Organise signage and manage Audio Visual requirements and all technical aspects of the event liaise with sponsors and exhibitors, venue and speakers
