About the Conference
As the core PCO for the European Haemophilia Consortium (EHC), we are responsible for delivering their Annual Conference with 300- 450 delegates every year. The EHC 2020 Conference was due to take place in Copenhagen in October, however we had to move to a virtual event and work began on our platform in July of 2020. The virtual conference attracted over one thousand participants this year and thanks to our state-of-the-art Virtual Conference Platfom and team expertise, we surpassed our client’s expectations to a high quality conference on a new format.

What the delegates thought
“The conference was great! I really enjoyed it. It is a great way to keep being updated and in touch with this amazing group of people. I really miss you all and hope to see you next time in real life. But this is an amazing alternative during this difficult time. The chat was nice and well used. Great to have also some fun moments during it. Thanks for this week. It was amazing!”
“A big thank you to everyone. The overall organisation of this virtual event was brilliant.”

About the Conference
We had the pleasure to work with The Haemophilia Society UK for the first time in 2020.
The Annual Member Conference is held every year in London, however due to the global circumstances it was planned for a Hybrid Event and last minute moved seamlessly to a virtual event due to local restrictions.
We worked side by side with the client to create a Virtual Conference Platform that suited their needs. This included private sessions for Members only as well as a Live Q&A, Live Polling, Virtual Exhibition, Documents Library, and Networking sessions at lunch time.
All conference sessions were recorded and registered delegates can watch them on the platform for a period of 12 months.
What the client had to say
“The prospect of running our first fully virtual members conference was rather daunting at first, but then we spoke to Conference Organisers. From our first planning meeting they put us at our ease, answered all of our questions and made the whole process easy. On the day they were there to sort out any issues and we had great feedback from our attendees and speakers making our event a success.”
Debra Morgan, The Haemophilia Society UK
“Thank you for all your help at the weekend - I thought it went really well”
Clive Smith, The Haemophilia Society UK
What the delegates thought
“I found it very relaxing in my own home and easier than having to travel and possibly stay over somewhere. Also I could nip in and out of different things and pick up what was relevant to us as a family. Very well put together. I hope things like this carry on”
“Excellent. The best virtual event I have attended yet. So impressive and seamless. Thank you.”
“Really enjoyed it, thank you to all the team behind the scenes for all of your hard work, was brilliant given the covid circumstances!”

About the Conference
The British Irish Commercial Bar Association is the leading cross-border network of solicitors, barristers and in-house lawyers from England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland. The BICBA Law Forum takes place every year between Ireland and Northern Ireland and features up-to-the-minute insights from pre-eminent judges, practitioners and business leaders.
This year the Forum was held virtually under the theme ‘Innovation in Legal Services & the Law’. The decision to take the forum online was tough due to the expected level of engagement and networking. However, we worked alongside our client to make sure the conference content reached as many delegates as possible and looked after all speakers needs and requests.
