The EHC 2020 Conference was due to take place in Copenhagen in October, however we had to move to a virtual event and work began on our platform in July of 2020. They built an impressive, bespoke virtual event platform and ensured a seamless live technical delivery. The team ensured that everything was looked after, giving us the opportunity to concentrate on the programme content and the confidence to enjoy the event. We were overwhelmed with the result and all of the positive feedback from sponsors, speakers and delegates alike.
— Amanda Bok, Chief Executive EHC

Event Statistics

Date: November 2020
Format: Virtual Conference
Relationship: PCO
Delegates: 200
Key Features: Online Registration, Custom platform design, Pre-recorded sessions, Parallel Sessions, Virtual Exhibition, Speaker Training, On-Demand Session Library & Gamification.

About the Conference

We had the pleasure to work with The Haemophilia Society UK for the first time in 2020.
The Annual Member Conference is held every year in London, however due to the global circumstances it was planned for a Hybrid Event and last minute moved seamlessly to a virtual event due to local restrictions.
We worked side by side with the client to create a Virtual Conference Platform that suited their needs. This included private sessions for Members only as well as a Live Q&A, Live Polling, Virtual Exhibition, Documents Library, and Networking sessions at lunch time.
All conference sessions were recorded and registered delegates can watch them on the platform for a period of 12 months.

What the client had to say

The prospect of running our first fully virtual members conference was rather daunting at first, but then we spoke to Conference Organisers. From our first planning meeting they put us at our ease, answered all of our questions and made the whole process easy. On the day they were there to sort out any issues and we had great feedback from our attendees and speakers making our event a success.”

Debra Morgan, The Haemophilia Society UK

“Thank you for all your help at the weekend - I thought it went really well”

Clive Smith, The Haemophilia Society UK

What the delegates thought

“I found it very relaxing in my own home and easier than having to travel and possibly stay over somewhere. Also I could nip in and out of different things and pick up what was relevant to us as a family. Very well put together. I hope things like this carry on”

“Excellent. The best virtual event I have attended yet. So impressive and seamless. Thank you.”

“Really enjoyed it, thank you to all the team behind the scenes for all of your hard work, was brilliant given the covid circumstances!”

The BICBA Law Forum takes place every year between Ireland and Northern Ireland and features up-to-the-minute insights from pre-eminent judges, practitioners and business leaders.
This year the Forum was held virtually under the theme ‘Innovation in Legal Services & the Law’. The decision to take the forum online was tough due to the expected level of engagement and networking. However, we worked alongside our client to make sure the conference content reached as many delegates as possible and looked after all speakers needs and requests.

What the client had to say

A particular word of thanks to Leah Coulson and her team of conference organisers who have taken on quite a challenge in putting together the virtual event. We knew how good they were at organising the old-fashioned physical conference and I have to say I’ve been very impressed by the efficiency and slickness of the way in which this virtual event has been put together. So a special word of thanks to Leah and her team.

MSF International General Assembly

Médecins Sans Frontières

Event Statistics

Date: June-July 2019
Venue: Royal Marine Hotel Dun Laoghaire, Dublin

About the Conference

General Assemblies are the heart of MSF associative life. They are both a key participatory moment for the associative leadership and a social event during which members can meet and connect. At General Assemblies, members of MSF gather to hold the association to account and make strategic decisions for the future of MSF. The Assembly is an opportunity for members to voice their opinion, to propose and vote on motions and to elect new board members.

The MSF International General Assembly is usually organised internally, but for the first time Medicine Sans Frontiers trusted the planning to Conference Organisers which resulted in a successful 4-day event held at the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

The Welcome Reception was held in the gardens of the Haddington Hotel on a warm summers evening and the Farewell Party in the grounds of the Royal Marine Hotel, and again the sun shone for our wonderful guests.
